Non-Released Suspense Detail

Since transactions are only stored on the computer for one full year, you should print this report at the end of each year. It will print a recap from the Year to Date Transaction file (YTDTRAN) of all transactions for the owners currently on suspense.

Select Close - Calendar Year Close Reports

Transactions with a transaction date on or after the beginning suspense date stored in the DOI file, are used for the report.
